Here at Soul, we have a broad range of group fitness classes to suit all abilities and energy levels. As a member, you'll benefit from access to 30+ classes per week at both Soul Fitness & Soul Studio - all led by our passionate, fully qualified instructors.
Les Mills Core A 30-minute workout focusing on correct techniques as you exercise your muscles around the core by working with resistance tubes, weight plates & body weight.
Les Mills Dance A 45 minute high energy workout combining innovative dance movements with the latest music. No dance experience required!
Les Mills Pump A barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast! Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP® gives you a total body workout.
Les Mills Shapes An invigorating blend of Pilates, Barre and Power Yoga, set to modern beats. With small controlled movements, you sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups, improve alignement and increase flexibility.
Les Mills Combat A high energy martial-arts inspired workout and totally non-contact. The focus is on speed, power and endurance.
Les Mills RPM A group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session!!
Les Mills Strength Development Strength Development heroes the essential elements of strength training, including slow and controlled movements, functional exercises, and dynamic core training.
Les Mills Sprint (Virtual) LES MILLS SPRINT is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout on an indoor bike that burns calories and builds lean muscle in 30 minutes. This is a virtual class so you will be guided by the instructors on the big screen, rather than in a live environment.
Yoga A mind and body practise than can build strength and flexibility, help manage pain and reduce stress.
Wildcard It's all in the name! Always the same time (12.15pm) and same day (Monday), just a different class each week. Loaded into the booking system 1 week prior, we do give you a bit of a heads up on what to expect!
Soul HIIT A full body, functional circuit training class, combining strength and cardio movements. Soul HIIT is designed to suit all abilities and is aimeed to improve fitness and mobility, used in everyday life. Expect upbeat music with a moody studio vibe!
Soul STRENGTH An instructor led class designed to build physical strength and enhance movement technique. Perfect for all fitness levels, this session incorporates functional movements used in day to day life.
Hybrid A powerful blend of Strength and HIIT - designed to give you the best of both worlds in a shorter, sharper format. Expect strength focused movements with the intensity and pace of HIIT.
Boxing A high energy, full body workout where you'll focus on building strength, control and confidence. This instructor led class will take you through the motions of learning correct technique when it comes to stance, footwork, punching and defence.
Muay Thai A powerful blend of Strength and HIIT - designed to give you the best of both worlds in a shorter, sharper format. Expect strength focused movements with the intensity and pace of HIIT.
