A barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast! Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP® gives you a total body workout.
Les Mills Core
A 30-minute workout focusing on correct techniques as you exercise your muscles around the core by working with resistance tubes, weight plates & body weight.
Les Mills BodyCombat
A high-energy martial-arts inspired workout and totally non-contact.

Yoga
A mind and body practice that can build strength and flexibility, and help manage pain and reduce stress.

A full body circuit with an added touch of boxing. Guaranteed to blast all areas of your body.
Les Mills RPM
A group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session!!
Circuit
A form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit. Guaranteed to get the heart rate up!

Les Mills Virtual Sprint
LES MILLS SPRINT is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout on an indoor bike that burns calories and builds lean muscle in 30 minutes. This is a virtual class so you will be guided by the instructors on the big screen, rather than in a live environment.
